In 2003, John Roumanis decided to open La Piázza, a private banquet space that combines the creative, flavorful food Mediterrano is famous for in an elegant, yet tasteful atmosphere.La Piázza gets its style from classic Italy but its ambiance from the casual culture of Ann Arbor. It’s a place where everyone will feel comfortable.
Our goal is to present you with two beautiful rooms that can accommodate both smaller and larger groups, but where you are in absolute control. Whether you are hosting a board retreat, a breakfast office meeting, a wedding shower, watching an athletic event on our projection television, or conducting private interviews, the rooms in La Piázza will make any event special.
The experienced staff at La Piázza will ensure all the details of your event are handled professionally and with care. They are there when you need them and invisible when you don’t. Our knowledgeable chef and event coordinator will work with you to create a menu that will WOW your guests and work with your budget.
